What kind of water should I use in the steam generator?
It is highly recommended to use distilled or purified water. Tap water, especially hard water, contains minerals that create scale (limescale) inside the generator, which can damage the heating element, reduce performance, and shorten the appliance's lifespan.
How do I clean and maintain my portable steam sauna?
After Each Use: Wipe the interior of the tent with a soft, dry cloth or towel to remove moisture and prevent mold or mildew. Allow the tent to air dry completely before storing it.
Steam Generator Descaling: To remove mineral scale, descale the generator regularly (e.g., every 5-10 uses) using a mixture of white vinegar and water. Run the solution through the generator (without the hose attached to the tent), then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

This steam tent is worth the money you are paying for it. You will find a detailed review by some guy in it and it's all true. What i want to point out is the awesome customer service i got from this seller.
One of my steam canisters unfortunately quit working. I contacted the seller and she was in it right away. She contacted the manufacturer for me. When that avenue wasn't working she got me a new steamer. She sent it out and in Canada we have a strike going on... she kept me updated theoughout the whole process and tried to find the best courier to get our replacement sent out to is ASAP. It took a bit because of the strike but we got the steamer!
She kept in constant contact throughout the process. So not only is this tent worth what you pay for it (so many health benefits) this seller is reputable. If you have an issue you will be taken care of quickly and as efficiently as possible.

This was DEFINITELY worth purchasing. My daughter, grandaughter and I have used it every night since we got it. I'm 70 years old and it eases my aching muscles and joints and it helps me relax right before I go to bed. LOVE IT!

I've had it for 8 months and I use it 4-6 times a week. Zero issues. Works great. It was easy to assemble and is easy to maintain. Gets to about 120 degrees on the highest setting. I bought a wood sauna chair to put inside and usually have a heavy towel on the bottom just for extra cushion and sweat absorbency.

Plenty of room, comfortable with a stool (not the chairs provided - too small). Steam is powerful and refreshing. Simple to use, I partially fill with boiling water and it is ready within a minute.
