What kind of water should I use in the steam generator?
It is highly recommended to use distilled or purified water. Tap water, especially hard water, contains minerals that create scale (limescale) inside the generator, which can damage the heating element, reduce performance, and shorten the appliance's lifespan.
How do I clean and maintain my portable steam sauna?
After Each Use: Wipe the interior of the tent with a soft, dry cloth or towel to remove moisture and prevent mold or mildew. Allow the tent to air dry completely before storing it.
Steam Generator Descaling: To remove mineral scale, descale the generator regularly (e.g., every 5-10 uses) using a mixture of white vinegar and water. Run the solution through the generator (without the hose attached to the tent), then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
