We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. You may request a return for any reason during this time.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
● The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.
● It must include the original packaging and your proof of purchase (e.g., order number or order confirmation).
How to Start a Return:
1. Contact our support team at support@manastin.com to initiate a return.
2. If your return is approved, we will email you a return label and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the item.
3. Do not ship returns without prior approval.Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@manastin.com. Include photos of the issue so we can quickly verify the situation and resolve it for you.
Return Shipping Costs
● Quality-related issues(e.g., defects, damages, or wrong items): We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid return label.
● Non-quality-related returns(e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for the return shipping cost $15, which will be deducted from your refund.
● Note: If the item contains liquid (e.g., used or requires liquid to function), please clean and dry it thoroughly before repacking.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product for a refund. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get your replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refund requests for non-quality issues must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. For quality-related issues beyond 30 days, refer to our Warranty policy.
