Manastin 1-Year Warranty Policy

This 1-Year Warranty guarantees your Manastin product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one year from the original date of purchase. This policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Manastin reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage & What is Covered

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from the official Manastin website or an authorized reseller. It is non-transferable. Manastin guarantees that the unit will be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date, provided it is used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with the provided User Manual. If the original unit or a non-wearable part is determined by Manastin to be defective, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the unit at no extra cost. If the unit is replaced, the warranty coverage will continue for the remainder of the original one-year term.

2. What Is Not Covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following: Normal Wear and Tear: The natural deterioration of the unit or parts from regular use, as well as any parts lost or damaged after delivery.

Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, failure to follow operating instructions, or exposure to liquids or foreign substances.

Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by service, maintenance, or modifications performed by anyone other than Manastin.

Commercial or Non-Household Use: Use in commercial settings or any environment other than a normal household (unless specified for a commercial model).

Unauthorized Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers. For these items, please contact the seller directly for support.

3. How to Obtain Service & Support

Service Hours: Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours on weekdays.

Lifetime Technical Support: In addition to the one-year limited warranty, we offer lifetime technical support. After the warranty period expires, you can still contact us for assistance, and repair services may be available at an additional cost.
