This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery guidelines for orders placed on the Manastin website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. Manastin reserves the right to interpret and update this policy at its discretion.

1. Shipping Destinations

Manastin currently ships only within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, Canada, or certain APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Partner and Processing

To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with FedExfor all orders.Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

The total delivery time includes order processing (preparation and pickup) plus transit time. Each product page lists the average processing time for that item. We strive to reflect availability accurately, but timing may vary based on inventory status.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

We offer the following shipping option:Standard Ground Shipping:3-7 business days after the order is shipped.

If your order requires delivery by a specific date, please contact our customer service team at support@manastin.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Order Verification and Address Accuracy

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please verify all details, especially the shipping address, carefully.To change or correct an address, you must email us at support@manastin.com before your order has been shipped. We cannot modify shipping information once the order is in transit.

Manastin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Receiving Your Order and Reporting Problems

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging before accepting the package.If the external packaging shows significant damage beyond normal wear and tear, please refuse acceptanceof the package and contact us immediately at support@manastin.com. We will provide further instructions to resolve the issue.

Shipping Risk: The risk of loss for the products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FedEx). Title and ownership of the products pass to you upon our receipt of full payment.

Policy Updates: Manastin may update this shipping policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
