Please help us get a remote. Our mini split did boot come with a remote.

I too bought ours through Amazon and everything ws included. I actually bought 2 for 2 different rooms. The second box is torn up and hoping its ok. IT was taped back up and I'm sure this is from the shippers fault. Trying to reach out to the customer thru Amazon is a joke. Once you maneuver to how ever to send a message, The "send" button doesn't work! The product does work but I have constant E8 on the inner unit shown. I cannot find what E8 means. for this A/C. I've checked everything I could by seeing what other manufactures say it can be. I sent an email direct to their site and no reply. There is no explanation about the remote and the icons for the various modes are microscopic. My remote will not increase the temp degree. Only went down to 61 and it stays there! Hoping someone gets back to me. The pic shows a different remote than the one that was sent to me?

We bought ours through Amazon and it didn't come with the cords. There was no way to reach out to the company and with already warm temps, we didn't want to hassle with returning it. We bought the cords and were able to finally get it installed. It took about 16 total hours to install.
The product itself works great. There is little explanation about the remote and the icons for the various modes are microscopic.
