When will my order be shipped?

Most items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after payment.
The delivery takes 3-5 days in the continental United States.

Can I change my shipping address after payment?

Yes, you can change your shipping address before the items are shipped. Please contact support@manastin.com to change the address. Once the items are shipped, your shipping address will not be changed

How can I return an item?

Please contact support@manastin.com for further return procedure.

When will I get my refund back?

After the confirmation of your return, your refund will be back in your account within 10 days.

Where can I find my orders info?

To view your order status, log in to your account and go to My account, where you will see all the previous order information under the "My orders" tab

Can I still cancel my order if it has already been processed?

No, once the order has been processed & shipping out, you cannot cancel your order.
