Why fireplace turn off and will not turn on?
Because the fireplace has overheated and the safety device has caused the thermal switch to disconnect, or the home circuit breaker has opened. Please pull the plug, wait 5 minutes to plug it back in, and turn it on.
Why is only the middle vent blowing hot air?
This is completely normal. Like most electric fireplaces, the vents on the left and right sides draw in cold air, while the vent in the middle releases hot air, achieving better air circulation.
Why is there no hot air when I press the “Heater” button?
It is likely that the ambient temperature is too high. You can set the electric fireplace temperature at 99℉ to turn on the “Forced Heating” mode.
Why isn't the remote working?
1. Battery is low and needs to be replaced.
2. Not aligned with the sensor position.
3. Defective remote control and needs to be replaced.
