FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
What is the difference between a tower fan and a regular fan?
The primary difference is the form factor and airflow design. Tower fans are tall and thin, expelling air through a long, vertical slit, which can create a wider, more diffused breeze. Regular pedestal or box fans have visible, rotating blades and a more circular design, often moving a high volume of air in a more direct, concentrated stream.
How do I clean my tower fan?
Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Use a vacuum with a brush attachment or a small, soft brush to remove dust from the exterior vents and grilles.
- Interior: Use a vacuum, compressed air, or a soft brush to carefully remove dust buildup. Never use water or liquid cleaners directly on the interior components.
Why is the airflow from my tower fan weak?
This is typically caused by dust and debris blocking the air intake grille or the internal impeller. A thorough cleaning of the intake vents and the impeller blades usually restores airflow.
